One of my favorite examples of this phenomenon was when I went to an office in the rectory of a church in the Bronx in July 2016 and on a table there was a discarded painted figure of the Blessed Virgin Mary and she was painted in the full colors of Underdog. I assure you this is not a photoshop! I had to snap a picture of it. It would only be noticed or relevant to me in particular and lost on any other parishioners. I had to muse to myself: was the painter an Underdog fan? A Suzanne fan or is this some bizarre christmas miracle (in july?) and only pertinent to me? Judge for yourself!
