November 26th is Native American Heritage Day. Suzanne called yesterday to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving marking the 400th anniversary but wanted to remind me that “the Pilgrims had no farming equipment and if it hadn’t been for Native Americans helping teach the pilgrims how to plant, grow and harvest crops the pilgrims would have certainly perished in less than a year. So please let us give extra credit to the Native Americans more than we have in the past.”
