Halloween always heralds the return of Spectrum the Ghost King to preside over the annual ghostly revels on the beach of Cape May. Fortunately for us, long time friend of Suzanne, David Check was there to document the action so we can get a glimpse into the goings on in the spirit world when the dead walk and dance among the living!
